Challenge: Revitalize the look of the leading rubber mulch brand while utilizing existing packaging structures and printing methods.

Solution: Rubberific is the premier shredded rubber mulch in the lawn and garden segment. It is made from recycled car tires, so it is durable as well as recycled. BSD developed a unique and flexible template that clearly communicated the product features and benefits at a glance. The new black logo with its green accents conveys quality and strength with a nod to the durability and recycled nature. Strong color coding helps consumers quickly identify the various product offerings. This new layout is also featured on Rubberific products providing unity through the line.

Previous Packaging: Utilized a stock pouch and paper label. Having window on was a wasted opportunity to show customers their treats.

Logo Refresh: The re-imagined logo uses a strong field of black, which is a nod to the source material, recycled car tires. The green accents further reinforce the recycled idea and firmly anchor it in the lawn and garden category. The new type is confident, yet friendly and accessible.
